How It Works

If you are currently certified by AHF, you can refer other businesses to us for certification. Both you (the referrer) and the business you refer (the referee) receive exclusive rewards once their certification is successfully completed.

Refer a Business

Reach out to your friends, suppliers, distributors, or business associates who could benefit from halal or integrated certification with AHF.

Submit Your Referral

Complete the AHF Referral Form with their details, so the AHF team can contact them directly and guide them towards certification.

Get Rewarded

When your referral successfully completes the AHF certification process and pays their certification fees in full, you’ll receive a rebate.

Halal Certification (Single Scope)

*Rebates cannot exceed the total certification fee payable in a single calendar year.

How to Submit a Referral

  1. Fill out our Referral Form below
  2. Select the type of certification your referral is interested in.
  3. Our AHF team will connect with your referral and guide them through the process.
  4. Once your referral is certified and payment is completed, your rebate is processed.

  • Referrers must hold a current AHF certification.
  • The referee must be new to AHF (not an existing or past client).
  • Rewards are applicable only after successful certification and payment.

Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?

Anyone who currently holds an active AHF certification is eligible to refer a business.The referred business (referee) must be new to AHF and not an existing or previously certified client.

What certifications are included in this referral program?

The program applies to all certifications offered by AHF and its parent company Carat Global Assurance, including:
 

  • Halal Certification
  • Vegan Certification
  • Non-GMO Certification
  • Gluten-Free Certification

How do I submit a referral?

Simply fill out the Referral Form on this page:
 

  1. Provide your details and your AHF certification number.
  2. Share your referral’s contact details and their certification of interest.
  3. Our team will contact them directly and guide them through the process.

When will I receive my rebate?

You’ll receive your rebate after your referral has successfully completed certification with AHF and paid their certification fees in full.

How will I receive my rebate?

We offer two options:
 

  • Direct Payment — Rebates will be processed via bank transfer upon request.

Is there a limit to how many businesses I can refer to?

No. You can refer to as many businesses as you want. However, the total rebate amount cannot exceed your annual certification fee in a single calendar year.

Can I refer to a company outside the USA?

Yes, AHF certifies businesses in 25+ countries globally. If you know international manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors, they are eligible too.

Can I refer to multiple companies at once?

Yes. You can submit multiple referrals using the same form or send a list directly to your assigned AHF Certification Management Team for faster processing.
