NOTICE OF DELISTING – Tallgrass Burger
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to inform you of the official delisting of Tallgrass Burger located at 214 First Ave, New York, NY 10009 due to the expiration of the AHF Halal Certificate (HPFR-3684-MI) and subsequent lapse in the certification without renewal.
With this notice, please cease using any AHF logos, trademarks, or copyright. No logo may be used or displayed in any manner that suggests AHF certification of the products formerly listed on the certificate. Furthermore, please forfeit any previous claim of AHF halal certification by removal of the AHF logo from marketing materials or packaging.
Tallgrass Burger can reinstate its certification status only by completing the halal application and undergoing the subsequent halal audit. If reinstated, AHF will issue a letter of reinstatement and an accompanying halal certification.
We appreciate your kind understanding and acknowledgement of the delisting of Tallgrass Burger due to non-renewal.
