AHF Halal Standards for Food

This standard establishes the requirements for the production, processing, handling, packaging, storage,
distribution, and sale of halal food products. It provides a comprehensive framework for food businesses to
demonstrate compliance with Islamic dietary laws (Shariah) and serves as the basis for conformity
assessment by AHF.
This standard defines the mandatory requirements that shall be fulfilled by all applicants seeking to obtain,
maintain, renew, or extend halal certification issued by AHF.
